Welcome to the inaugural episode of Movie Mandates, a new review show in which sibling cinephiles Andrew and Keleigh force each other to watch movies according to a monthly theme!  October’s theme is Slash Happy Halloween so I mandated my sister watch The Hills Run Red, not the western from 1966, the horror film from 2009.  The latter seemed more appropriate for this month’s theme, you see.
