Welcome to Movie Mandates, a review show in which sibling cinephiles Andrew and Keleigh force each other to watch movies according to a monthly theme!  Art of the Steal month concludes with Keleigh’s mandated movie: The Town, a heist film that dramatizes why someone who commits armed robbery, assault, and kidnapping should not date their victim.

I mean, that was REALLY hard to get.

  • 0:00 – Some woman I don’t know left her phone number on a sticky note and affixed it to the back of a book on my bookshelf. I don’t know who she is or how she got in my apartment.
  • 5:55 – The IRS won’t tell me how to determine the fair market value of my charitable donations but it will happily tell me if I do it wrong!
  • 18:20 – I’m not having the best luck with my appliances
  • 24:26 – I bought Fashion Dreamer and sent it to my sister to see if it might be a candidate for the Extra Life marathon. It is not.
  • 29:13 – Concord’s character design is the least of its problems.
  • 43:34 – I was going to get a new TV and PS5 Pro! Then Sony announced the price…
