Honestly, I'm clocking in around 4-6 hours a night if I can manage it. Weekends, bump that up to around 8-10 hours. I can't seem to find the sweet spot these days, though. Sometimes, I'll get 6 hours and be dead-on-my-feet the next day. Other times, I'll get 4 and be bouncing around 18 hours the next day, never once feeling drained. Aren't you supposed to get, like, 6-9 hours a night to stay healthy? Eh, I'll sleep more when the projects are over. Or I'm dead. Either one.

I really need at least 8 hours if I dont want to be really tired next day. I dont always reach the 8 hours though and I can sleep for around 12 hours on Sundays to make up for it

lately it's been 6 hours and it's making me miserable, but i do so enjoy staying up late.

I've been forcing myself to go to sleep early on some days though.

Seriously, something like 5 hours of sleep per day, week-end included.
I just don't wanna miss on life, that's all.

Sleep is good to have. 8 hrs average. Don't wanna miss out on life either, but I go zombie from lack of sleep pretty quickly. My mood also improves with adequate sleep (though too much is bad). And yeah, sleeping in itself is a joy. :]

Sleeping is my occupation AND interest in my profile. I'm sure Mae would also agree.

I get around... 5-6 hours on average. Slightly more if I can manage a nap sometime during the day.
