Kyle, Larry,and Suraida cross the mafia with remixes from Final Fantasy VII, River City Ransom, Grand Theft Auto IV, Pokemon, Streets of Rage, as well as selections from the Hitman: Blood Money and Uncharted 2: Among Thieves soundtracks. Larry argues that hatin’ McDonald’s is a crime and that it’s the finest in American cuisine, while Suraida makes a Face Heel Turn, joining Team Rocket along with Rhino Blastoseed in this weeks’ art challenge!

For the second year in a row, host jmr attended MAGFest with a mission: document as many of the concerts as possible.  Armed with a portable audio recorder and a few too many 5 Hour Energy shots (and with some assistance from fellow Arecibo Radio host Obtuse), he attended and recorded just about all of the scheduled performances on the MAGFest Main Stage, Second Stage, and in the chip showcase in order to bring you this, the Open Circuit MAGFest X Recap special.

This week’s show features audience recordings from each of the performances on Thursday and Friday, including a one of a kind medley of UN Squadron and T-Square from Temp Sound Solutions, new chip tracks from Disasterpeace and Revengineers, Rare Candy riding the (double? triple!) Rainbow Road, an epic rendition of Ecco the Dolphin from This Place Is Haunted, and a facemelting performance of the entire NES Metroid soundtrack by Metroid Metal (which clocks in at a whopping 26 minutes)!
