Space.  The final frontier.  These are the voyages of the starship Open Circuit.
Its 3 3/4 hour mission: To explore strange new music.  To seek out new life and new civilizations.
To boldly go where no internet radio show has gone before.

So, yeah.  jmr watched 2001: A Space Odyssey last night, which inspired him to scrap all existing plans for this show and do a SPACE (yes, all caps) themed episode.  With the help of the requests of few dedicated listeners the playlist grew to over fifty songs, clocking in at over 3 hours 46 minutes, making this the longest Open Circuit to date!

Armed with his newly-obtained PowerPak and a modded NES, jmr delivers a Nintendo Chip Music special.  No emulators here, folks: EVERY song in this episode was streamed from an actual NES.  This show features new music from RushJet1′s Forgotten Music, crazily-intricate music from greats Shnabubula and Zan-zan-zawa-veia, and tracks from Open Circuit mainstays like Spamtron, Alex Mauer, and Animal Style.  Plus, at the request of listeners, we have  songs from some under-appreciated NES classics.
