Happy (Canadian) Thanksgiving!   Despite it being a holiday in the fabled Canadas, host jmr still managed to bring an episode of Open Circuit (albeit a hastily cobbled together one) to the airwaves.

Open Circuit #53: A Sound Odyssey

Space.  The final frontier.  These are the voyages of the starship Open Circuit.
Its 3 3/4 hour mission: To explore strange new music.  To seek out new life and new civilizations.
To boldly go where no internet radio show has gone before.

So, yeah.  jmr watched 2001: A Space Odyssey last night, which inspired him to scrap all existing plans for this show and do a SPACE (yes, all caps) themed episode.  With the help of the requests of few dedicated listeners the playlist grew to over fifty songs, clocking in at over 3 hours 46 minutes, making this the longest Open Circuit to date!
